Shipping

We offer free shipping for anyone in the United States. Shipping out of the United States is not free. Prices will vary, and we are sorry they are so expensive.

What is your processing time for my item I just ordered? 

 All orders are processed within 7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another email when your item has been shipped. If you need your order sooner, please email mooddaydreaming@gmail.com and we will do our best to get out your order.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification from us. In the email there will be tracking number you can use to check it's status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be available. 

If you haven't received your order 14 days after receiving your confirmation email, please contact mooddaydreaming@gmail.com with the subject line "Status of My Order" and your name and order number. We will look into it for you.
