Once you receive your package, you have 21 days to ship your pets items unworn, in original condition with tags to

On the piece of paper provided please have your order # and name of who ordered on the paper so we are able to issue store credit. 

Each item is inspected for damages before being sent out. Mood: Daydreaming is not responsible for any damages made toi items once worn/washed no matter the circumstance.

Mood: Daydreaming are not responsible for any shipping fees for returns. Mood: Daydreaming does not offer free exchanges. Mood: daydreaming is not responsible for lost or un-traceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier who offers tracking services.
