What are the sizes of the tumblers?

The tumblers are 16 ounces.

What are the sizes of the pet bandana?

We have two kinds of pet bandanas, which are elastic and tie-on.

Elastic Pet Bandana Size

Small approximately 10"-12"

Medium approximately 13"-15"

Large approximately 16"-18"

Tie-On Pet Bandana Size

Small approximately 8"-12"//actual length 22"

Medium approximately 12"-16"//actual length 30"

Large approximately 16"-20"//actual length 36"

What color vinyl do you use for mason jars & milk cartons?

The vinyl colors are:
  • Huckleberry Lavender 
  • Opal
  • Holographic Blue
  • Holographic Pink
  • Color - Changing Clearish to Blue
  • Color - Changing Pink to Purple

My Order

When will my order ship?

We currently have received an abundance of orders. We will ship out your order 1-2 weeks after you have placed your order. If you need the item sooner, let us know! 

Can I combine my order?

Of course! We will do it automatically.

How can I track my order?

Once we print out your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam folder or email us!

Can I cancel my order?

Once you place your order you may not cancel the order.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, to some countries. Pricing will vary.

How much is shipping in the United States?

Shipping pet bandanas are about $4. Shipping mason jars are about $10. Prices will vary depending on where you are located. Shipping in the United States is free. 

How much is shipping outside the United States?

Shipping out of the United States is not free. Prices will vary, and we are sorry they are so expensive.

Canada is about $13.54
Mexico is about $14.01
United Kingdom is about $15.44
